WILD BLOOM HARVEST BASKET/ CSA
A csa is a “ community supported agriculture”, where community members and locals can purchase a share or farm share picked up or delivered weekly per the season. You will receive fresh produce, herbs, and a small bouquet which come straight from the local urban farm. By purchasing a membership it goes back into the development of the farm, what is grown, community gatherings, and closing a huge loop where food accessibility is a major concern. This program prioritizes accessibility and convenience, bringing the farm directly to your door for an extended summer harvest. Membership Benefits: Access to farm newsletters with recipes, storage tips, and updates on crop progress.

**POLICY: The Wild Bloom Garden weekly Harvest Baskets / CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) program connects our community with fresh, locally sourced produce from partnering farmers. Members subscribe to receive a weekly share of seasonal fruits, vegetables, and other farm products. This program supports sustainable farming practices and provides access to high-quality, in-season items while sharing the risks and rewards of agriculture. Subscriptions are available on a seasonal basis (e.g., spring, summer, fall) or as ongoing weekly commitments, with options for full shares (serving 4-6 people) or half shares (serving 2-3 people). Each week's box is curated based on what is harvested fresh from the farm. Produce Selection and Availability Seasonal Determination: Weekly options are decided solely by the farmer based on what is available seasonally. Contents will vary week to week depending on weather, crop yields, and natural growing cycles. We prioritize freshness, quality, and sustainability, which means the selection reflects the best of what's ready for harvest. No Changes or Substitutions: There will be no changes, customizations, or substitutions to the produce in your weekly share. All members receive the same standard box contents as determined by the farmer. This policy ensures fairness, efficiency in distribution, and alignment with the CSA model's emphasis on seasonal eating and farm-driven decisions. Sample Contents: While exact items fluctuate, examples might include leafy greens, root vegetables, herbs, fruits, or specialty items like eggs or flowers when in season. A preview of the upcoming week's share may be emailed in advance, but it is subject to last-minute adjustments based on availability. Subscription and Payment Commitment: Members commit to a minimum of one season or a rolling weekly plan with a seasonal minimum. This helps farmers plan and reduces waste. Pricing: Pricing is based from three different shares, Spring, Summer and Late Summer options, (prices subject to change based on market conditions; taxes and fees may apply). Payment: Prepaid via card, cash or in-person at the agreed pick up site. No refunds for missed pickups, but credits may be issued for farm-related issues (e.g., crop failure). Cancellation: Requires 2 weeks' notice; early termination may incur a fee equivalent to one week's share. Pickup and Delivery Schedule: Boxes are available for pickup every Friday, Location TBD between 10 AM and 3 PM. Limited delivery options may be available within a 10-mile radius for an additional $5 fee. Missed Pickups: Unclaimed boxes will be donated to local charities after 24 hours; no refunds or replacements. Storage and Handling: Produce is fresh and perishable—refrigerate promptly. We recommend bringing your own bags or boxes for eco-friendly transport. Member Responsibilities and Expectations Embrace variety and seasonality; this program encourages creative cooking with what's available. Report any quality issues within 24 hours of pickup for potential resolution. Respect that farming is unpredictable—shortages or abundances are part of the experience. Contact and Updates For questions, email thewildbloomgarden@gmail.com or visit thewildbloomgarden.com Policy updates will be communicated via email or our website.
